HORSE MEAT

In the light of the horse meat scandal, we would like to reassure all our customers that all meat sold on the butchery counter is as described, and fully traceable. In fact the majority of the meat is from (very local) suppliers. Our beef comes from Foxley Farm Audley (our next door neighbour), pork from Market Drayton and lamb from Hall Farm itself and other local Cheshire Farms. All burgers and sausage are home-made using meat from the butchery counter, and they are also served in the cafe.
